Week 1 Β· Get visible
Put your website everywhere people already know you, then tell your network it is live.
Add your website to every profile
Add the link to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and any other bio you use.
Announce your new website
Tell people your work, services and contact details now have one home. Pin the post if the platform allows it.
Send your site to 5 people
Start with people who already know your work: past customers, friends or business contacts.
Week 2 Β· Build trust
Add proof and local visibility, then build a list of people you actually want to work with.
Ask 3 customers for a review
Ask only real customers who have worked with you and are happy with the result.
Set up or improve Google Business Profile β if eligible
Google Business Profile is for businesses that make in-person contact with customers. If customers visit you or you meet them in person, complete your category, website, phone, hours and photos.
Build a list of 20 potential customers
Find businesses or people who genuinely might need your work. Note their name, something you like about them and how to contact them.
Week 3 Β· Start conversations
Use your website as proof when you reach out and follow up with people already warm to your work.
Send 5 personal outreach messages
Pick five people from your list. Make the first sentence prove you actually looked at their business.
Follow up with warm conversations
Go back to people who asked, replied or said βlater.β A short follow-up is easier than starting from zero.
Post your strongest project
Donβt post only a nice image. Give people a reason to care: a before/after, one useful tip, the story behind the project, or an answer to a common question. End with the full project link.
Week 4 Β· Repeat what works
Share again with a reason, ask a happy client to spread the word, then look at numbers closest to revenue.
Share your website again β with a reason
Donβt post βhereβs my websiteβ again. Share a new project, one service, or something you just updated and link to the relevant work.
Ask one happy client to share your work
Choose a client who is genuinely happy. Make the ask simple and give them the link ready to send.
Check the numbers that matter
Donβt judge the month by likes. Write down website visits, contact/Telegram clicks, real inquiries, meetings/conversations and paying customers. If Search Console is connected, also check impressions, clicks and search queries.
All four weeks complete.
Your website is no longer something that just sits online. You used it as proof, a destination and a sales tool in real client conversations. Keep repeating the actions that created conversations.
